A superb mid-century afromosia adjustable armchair designed by George Fejer & Eric Phamphilon for Guy Rogers Ltd. 

Circa mid 1960s. Made in Liverpool

The chairs’ aframosia frame is in very good vintage condition, showing some very light signs of use. The frame been cleaned and waxed.

The armchair has been professionally reupholstered in a Designers Guild tweed fabric about 4 years ago. The webbing has been replaced, and the seating is very comfortable.


The chair is sturdy in structure with no loose joints, with the three adjustments working very well.


Measurements:

68.5cm wide at the arms x 82cm deep x 80cm and 94cm high.
The inside seat space is 52cm wide. When fully adjusted each chair is 93cm and 99cm deep respectively.
