A very rare matched pair of 1936/37, Burleigh Edward VIII and George VI Coronation mugs. Designed by Dame Laura Knight with facsimile signatures, numbered 814375/6 and both with original certificates of authenticity
One of the greatest love stories in history. In order to marry the woman he loved, Edward was willing to give up the British throne.
Edward finally married Wallis on the 3rd June 1937 and they remained together exiled in France.
