Originally built under Bill Dunster’s supervision in 2019, with a recent Interior redesign and fit out by Eco Pavilions. Produced in the picturesque countryside in the South Downs National Park supporting local makers, these Tiny Homes are constructed from sustainably sourced, flame proofed birch ply and clad in local chestnut weatherboarding. The standing seam zinc roof having a 60 year life.These are toxic free homes with no urethane foams.

Accommodation: Sitting area with TV. Shaker Kitchen with hob, Fridge, Dishwasher. 2 Sleeping platforms. Bathroom with freestanding bath , separate WC and basin. Windows on all 4 sides and 2 exterior timber decks to connect with nature. Exterior painted with Tikkurila Finnish paint system, interior with Little Greene paints and William Morris wallpaper.

Built to last, these homes come super insulated, draught proofed, with thermally broken double glazing. Bill Dunster’s team built the Tiny Home to a higher standard than today’s new build homes standards.

Never used and just stored for the last 5 years, currently located near Ware, Hertfordshire. The Tiny Home is being sold as seen and will require a specialist Large Load Transport company to relocate.
